Our History

  • 1994: Seafood trading company was founded by two former investment bankers.

  • 1995-2000: Starting with live seafood, the company gradually expanded into frozen poultry, maintaining a monthly export volume of 125-140 forty-foot containers to China.

  • 1995: The company became the first to airlift premium Australian seafood to Hong Kong in giant oxygenated transport tanks, ensuring freshness and significantly improving quality and condition on arrival. This technology was later introduced to Indonesia in partnership with a locally listed company to broaden the range of seafood products.

  • 2000: The company was the first to introduce liquefied ammonia ultra-low temperature processing for fresh seabream fillets. In the same year, it also brought deep-sea fish such as bluefin tuna and white fish to Hong Kong for sushi aficionados.

  • 2008: Created black truffle meatballs, made with Italian black truffles and high-quality pork leg. Customers had the opportunity to enjoy the delicious truffle aroma and tender, springy meat at a reasonable price.

  • 2009: The first to introduce frozen D24 durian paste/frozen durian batches from Malaysia. These were introduced to the market at exhibitions organized by the HKTDC (Hong Kong Trade Development Council) and the company thereby became a pioneering importer of durian products into Hong Kong and China.

  • 2011: The first to air-freight whole Musang King durians in vacuum packaging to Hong Kong for online sale, ensuring that they were transported to market within 24 hours of falling from the tree. The same year, introduced Canadian UHP (Ultra High Pressure) sterilization technology for shelled live lobsters.

  • 2014: Introduced frozen Musang King durian paste and promoted it for sale at the Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo.

  • 2016: Obtained certification from the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) as part of our commitment and contributing to the protection of biological resources.

  • 2021-2023: Received the 'Good MPF Employer Award' from the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority.

  • 2022: Honored with the 'Supplier Appreciation Award' from Hong Kong Disneyland.

  • 2023: Included in the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Sustainable Seafood Program.

  • 2024: Received the 'Human Resource Development Award' from the Employees Retraining Board.
