Corporate Milestones
1994: The company was founded by two former investment bankers.
1995-2000: Starting with live seafood, the company gradually expanded into frozen poultry, maintaining a monthly export volume of 125-140 forty-foot containers to China.
1995: The company became the first to airlift premium Australian seafood to Hong Kong in giant aluminum fish tanks, ensuring freshness and significantly improving quality and shelf life. This technology was later introduced to Indonesia, partnering with a local listed company to develop more seafood products.
1998: A live lobster base was established in the desert region of Dubai, packaging live lobsters for shipment to Hong Kong and Japan. The company built an extensive distribution network serving the markets of Hong Kong, Macau, and China, becoming a reliable importer and distributor of high-quality products.
2000: The company was the first to introduce liquefied ammonia ultra-low temperature processing for fresh seabream fillets. In the same year, it also brought deep-sea fish such as bluefin tuna and white fish to Hong Kong for sushi aficionados.
2002: The company officially established Yifang Foods Asia Limited, primarily importing frozen seafood from Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Dubai.
2008年:創制黑松露肉丸,採用意大利黑松露和優質豬腿肉製造,松露幽香、肉滑彈牙,讓消費者以合理價格享受美味。
2009年:首家從馬來西亞引入急凍D24榴槤蓉/冰火榴槤批,並在HKTDC貿易發展局舉辦的展覽會上推介,成為香港及中國的榴槤產品先驅進口商。
2011年:首家以真空包裝的原個貓山王鮮果空運到港並網上發售,確保從樹上掉下至空運不超過24小時。同年引入加拿大UHP超高壓滅菌技術,用於去殼的原隻刺身龍蝦。
2014年:引入急凍貓山王榴槤蓉,並在工展會上推廣發售。
2016年:獲得可持續漁業機構認證,並獲得國際組織海洋管理委員會(MSC)及水產養殖管理委員會(ASC)的驗證,為保護生物資源貢獻力量。
2021-2023年:獲得香港強積金管理局的「良好MPF僱主獎」。
2022年:榮獲香港迪士尼的「供應商嘉許獎」。
2023年:納入「世界自然基金會(WWF)可持續海鮮計劃」。
2024年:獲得僱員再培訓局的「人力資源開發獎」。
